Adam Bobrow is a Co-Founder of Veribo Analytics, a strategic consultancy helping small and medium-sized organizations to adopt a cybersecurity risk management approach to prioritize cybersecurity activities that matches their risk profile. Adam is recognized as an expert on the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity (CSF) including working as a session moderator at NIST-sponsored CSF workshops. Before starting cybersecurity businesses in the private sector, Adam served in the Obama Administration at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and in several positions at the U.S. Department of Commerce. In those positions, Adam participated in making key decisions related to trade, investment, and intellectual property policy related to China as well as cybersecurity, consumer privacy, and intellectual property-related issues related to Internet policy. Prior to joining the Obama Administration, Adam had a career as a consultant and lawyer in both the private and public sectors focused on the U.S.-China relationship, China’s legal development, international trade, and intellectual property. He is an attorney, having received his JD from Washington University in St. Louis and is a member of the DC Bar. Adam’s undergraduate degree is in Chinese language from Georgetown University.
